Jason Averbook Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder As the Co-Founder and CEO of Leapgen, Jason is a leading analyst, thought leader, consultant and keynote speaker in the area of human resources, the future of work and the impact technology has on that future. He has more than 20 years of experience in the HR and technology industry and has worked with industry leading global companies to help them transform their HR organizations into strategic partners. In 2005, Jason co-founded Knowledge Infusion LLC and sold the company in 2015 to Appirio (now a Wipro Company). He served as the Chief Business Innovation Officer at Appirio Inc where led Appirio’s human capital management business. Most recently, Jason was the CEO of The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC) from 2014 to 2016. He is the author of the book "HR From Now To Next" which is used in over 20 educational institutions around the world to teach HR and workforce technologies as well as being considered one of the top 5 thought leaders worldwide in the field. Prior to founding Knowledge Infusion, he held senior management positions at PeopleSoft and Ceridian. Jason holds a BA and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and graduated from Bloomington Jefferson in 1987. ✉ jason.averbook@leapgen.com

Mike Brennan Chief Service Officer & Co-Founder As Co-Founder, President and Chief Service Officer, Mike oversees Leapgen's Service Delivery organization, providing leadership by managing talent, methodology, growth and profitability. He also works with our Sales, Marketing and Delivery Teams to manage relationships with clients and ensure their success.  Mike has nearly 20 years of enterprise consulting experience in both HCM and CRM a strong track record of partnering with customers and building high-growth teams. Prior to co-founding Leapgen, he spent over a decade at Knowledge Infusion (acquired by Appirio a Wipro Company). Under his guidance as the leader of Appirio's Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) practice, Mike grew Appirio CSOD's largest enterprise service partner in just under two years. He started his career as an Industry Analyst with IDC, a global market intelligence firm. As the Program Director of Learning Services Research, he managed relationships with clients and led many global studies in areas such as blended learning, training outsourcing, LMS, performance management and the use of customer/partner education as a marketing tool. Jim Scully HR Service Transformation Practice Leader As a member of the Leapgen leadership team and leader of the HR service transformation practice, Jim brings research-based insights, thought leadership, proven methodologies wrapped in over twenty years of hands-on experience transforming HR service delivery models. Before joining leapgen, Jim founded and managed the HR Shared Services Institute, a consulting, research and collaboration firm specializing in key facets of HR service delivery, including delivery model design, technology enablement, process redesign, and performance measurement. Jim also formed the HR Shared Services Network (HRSSN) on LinkedIn and has grown it into the world's largest social network dedicated to HR service delivery professionals. More than 11,000 LinkedIn members leverage Jim's group to seek peer counsel and keep abreast of emerging trends.In addition to consulting with many of the world's most prominent employers, Jim spent 12 years as senior manager at Georgia-Pacific Corporation.
