How does it work?

Flexible Schedule: Hours allocated on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis using a monthly or quarterly allowance for meetings and offline work.

Support: Quick touch point to provide advice on a key decision (should we move this transaction to Tier 0) or problem you’re trying to solve (e.g., services bottleneck); enhancements to a presentation you’re developing. 

Education: The time may also be used toward something more formal (e.g., prepare and deliver a 90-minute presentation on Onboarding Art of the Possible).
